Historicial Development: | The Bettis Manufacturing Company appeared in the January 1905 and 1907 editions of the Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association as a manufacturer of boxes and crates in Beaumont. The Southern Lumberman in OCtober 1908 reported that the company was working hurriedly to finish orders in Chicago for ballasters, brackets, and interior finish. |
