Historicial Development: | T. B. Yeats sawmill was located for almost ten years in an agricultural section of Waller County, ten miles south of Waller. Logging was done with a two-man Mall saw and, later, a McCullough chain saw. Logs were loaded by a Case tractor with a front-end loader onto a log wagon, which the tractor then hauled to the mill. The mill was powered with a Case tractor and International stationary power unit. |
