Historicial Development: | The T.C. Birdwell mill at Chandler appeared in the January 1905 Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association. This may be the Chandler sawmill of T. C. Birdwell's father, Samuel Lafayette Birdwell, who, a local Chandler history reports, “ran a sawmill for many years near Chandler.” |
