Historicial Development: | T. F. Patterson, Jr., and his wife had to resell to the First National Bank at Pittsburg their sawmill plant at Rosewood for $3,200 in indebtedness. The plant included the sawmill, the planer, steam machinery, nineteen mules, and six wagons (four logging and two road). Patterson may have been the namesake of T. F.
