Historicial Development: | The Denson sawmill and planing mill at La Fayette was listed in an 1884 railroad directory. He later relocated to Pittsburgh. Denson was sawmilling as early as 1875 for that year he sold some lumber to G. W. Baird for the building of a box “dwelling.” |
