Historicial Development: | Ross Lumber may have been a continuation of either of two Timpson sawmills, Prince & Ross (1966) and J. L. Ross (1966), unlisted in the 1987 Directory of Forest Products Industries In Texas.
Ricky Lout, when interviewed by Vernon L. Beasley, recalled that Ross Lumber had been located abut ten miles south of Timpson on Highway 87 from the 1950s. |
