Historicial Development: | On March 7, 1905, Ferguson mortgaged an Atlas engine to Buckalew & Friend. On July 8, 1905, Ferguson gave a lien at $5 a thousand board feet to Crawford, Wade & Co for all saw logs, lumber, ties, etc., on the ground either rough or dressed. Crawford to hold the lien and lease Ferguson their sawmill at Joaquin. Ferguson is not listed in either the 1905 or the 1907 Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association. |
