Historicial Development: | C. S. Johnson and associates were planning on building a 40,000-feet sawmill at Dolan in order to harvest 6,000 acres of pine timber in Hardin County. The company was supposed to be incorporated at $100,000. Santa Fe was going to put in a switch at Dolan. No record exists that this happened. Four other companies were sawmilling in the Rayborn area at that time. |
