Historicial Development: | Arch C. Lynch of the Globe Lumber Company at Neuville, Shelby County, apparently had another sawmill several miles south in San Augustine County. On 24 August 1995 a Mr. Haggerty mortgaged to a Mr. Boycher $796 for the Arch C. Lynch sawmill with a boiler, steam engine, a carriage, an edger, a cutoff saw, and a circular saw. |
