Historicial Development: | The Lamont Lumber Company was first noted in the Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association, of 1905 and again “Lumber Mills of Texas,” Southern Industrial and Lumber Review article of September 1906. It was no longer listed in January 1907 of the Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association. It may have been bought out by J. M. Green who was listed in the 1907 issue of the LCA at Lamont. |
