Historicial Development: | W.T. Connor of Daingerfield appeared in the January 1905 Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association as a manufacturer of lumber. It is not known for sure if Connor operated a mill or mills at Daingerfield, however. The firm of Connor, Deprang, and Henderson ran a planing mill at Cason, Morris County, and the Lumbermen's Credit Association does not make it clear if W.T. Connor ran a separate lumber business at Daingerfield or was merely an investor in the planing mill at Cason.
The firm of Connor Brothers ran a lumber yard and general store at Daingerfield as well.
W. T. Connor is not listed at Daingerfield in the Reference Book of the Lumbermen's Credit Association, January 1907. |
