South Texas Hardwood Company, of Houston, bought 353,600 feet of pine and hardwood lumber from Montgomery Lumber Company in August, 1920, and another 275,000 feet in October following. South Texas Hardwood Company leased the rail switch and loading dock of Montgomery Lumber until the lumber was shipped. |
