Oualline & Brother sold to D. C. Tharp and Banks Griffith of F. A. Talley at Keenan all lumber on hand to be manufactured in the next months. On August 23, 1905, Ellis A. Oualline sold his 1/4 interest in the profits of the family-owned box factory in return for 142 acres owned by his parents, Edward N. and Mary Jo Oualline.
