Allen's death death, the company was reorganized by his sons and was known as Allen and Company. The planing mill was powered by a Planer mill turned by a 25-horsepower engine and the sawmill with a 40-horsepower engine. T. B. Allen was the father of J. B. Allen and Frank Allen.
