Historicial Development: B. A. Eastham had a sawmill plant at Kelly's Switch in 1908. He earlier owned a sawmill north of Huntsville, which he sold to J. R. Morrow in 1905. On February 4, 1908, he sold all the lumber on his yard to Gibbs Bros National Bank for an unknown sum. Eastham was authorized to ship six cars weekly to Bernard Braun's Montgomery County Lumber Company and collect his money.
