Historicial Development: Henry Beverly sold a portable sawmill to the Hopper clan in San Jacinto County probably in 1939. The Hoppers mortgaged their machinery in June, 1939, with Beverly holding a first lien, to the First National Bank of Cleveland. The equipment included the sawmill, a Fordson tractor, the carriage, a saw husk, a chain and belting, and a circular sawmill.
