Historicial Development: For $788, in 1921, W. M. Bailey bought a small sawmill. This apparently is the mill he bought from Ed Kimmon. It included a sawrig, all accessories. He bought for $488.78 a new boiler and engine identified as a complete Houston Stanwood & Gamble model.
