Historicial Development: The Schureman and Fall Lumber sale of April 13, 1901, to Midline Lumber included as follow: the interest of Schureman-Fall Lumber Company of Harris County in a tram railroad at Midline Switch, including a locomotive, four logging cars, and all rails bought from George M. Dilley & Sons of Palestine, Texas, on December 3, 1899. The price was $1,300 cash and $3,300 in liens. Midline Lumber sold the mill back to the original owners on January 16, 1900. Schureman was from Harris County.
