Historicial Development: Marion County records note that Collins and Sellers, on April 26, 1882, mortgaged for a Blymer sawmill, No. 1042, with a large band wheel, earlier owned by W. C. Jones. J. K. Sellers sold his half-interest in the Lodi Mill the following year, including his share in the sawmill, sixty-three oxen, seven wagons, and milled lumber at the site.
